Kimberlyn Henry is the President and Founder of JoinOne Anti-Bullying Organization. JoinOne Anti-Bullying Organization mission is to promote a sense of self-confidence, individuality and to protect those susceptible to insults, harassment, and attacks by their peers through music and education thereby enabling them to live a life free from fear and seclusion in their homes, schools, and public. JoinOne Anti-Bullying Organization is based in Houston, TX.

 

Kimberlyn is a Medical Laboratory Manager/Consultant, Regional Sales Director/Manager, Pharmacy Sales Director, New Business Development, and Health Education and Wellness; Kimberlyn has impacted over $2 Million-dollar worth of business decisions in her 20 year work career. She assists companies in the development of business plans, market-based strategies for growth, Health and Wellness Fairs, and marketing plans in the Healthcare industry. Kimberlyn has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Lake Conroe and has chaired as Volunteer Chair for the Gulf Coast Blood Center for the community blood bank drives in Conroe, TX. Kimberlyn has traveled all over the nation and Europe and has impacted lives with her prestigious smart business ethics. Kimberlyn and her Husband have owned 2 other businesses in their lifetime. Having been afforded to work in just about any field she has put her mind to, Kimberlyn knows she could not have done any of this without her faith and trust in God.

 

Kimberlyn is a loving mother of one handsome son, and a wife to her High School Sweet Heart for over 21 years. Kimberlyn experienced bullying with her son at the tender age of 9. Her son was so loving and caring about others that he hid the torment of bullying to seem normal. Although Kimberlyn’s son overcame bullying with the help of his Parents and martial arts. Kimberlyn and her family did not want bullying to continue to hurt children who didn’t have the help their son was afforded. This is how the Anti-Bullying Organization was born. Through Wellness Days, Schools, concerts, Car shows, Bully Rallies, and etc., JoinOne Anti-Bullying Organization started to spread the word through songs and dance with Artist TEEBO.

 

Kimberlyn Henry has a B.S. degree in Health Education and Wellness from Mountain State University, with studies in Clinical Laboratory Science from Weber State University. Kimberlyn Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mountain State University.

Timothy S. Henry Sr, is the Vice President and Founder of JoinOne Anti-Bullying Organization. Mr. Henry earned his BS in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He is an accomplished and innovative business professional with over 21 years of extensive experience directing business operations and strategic initiatives to include supply-chain management, general management, project management, staff supervision, budgeting, purchasing, contracts negotiations, accounting in the healthcare, government, and manufacturing arena. Mr. Henry has always shown his willingness to succeed.

 

Mr. Henry started his renowned career working with Morton -Thiokol Chemical Plant. While with Morton-Thiokol Mr. Henry received his understanding of manufacturing and how the supply-chain process worked. He was responsible for Purchasing for South Texas College of Law School, serving alongside department heads, and Attorneys. And before that he served with the United States Navy receiving many awards to include, "Sailor of the Quarter" and "Sailor of the Year" and upon completion of his enlistment, he received an honorable discharge. While serving as the Senior Materials Manager for Harris County Hospital District Mr. Henry oversaw the entire Perioperative Supply Chain Department. He controlled P&L of a $20.5 million budget. Served on many Steering Committees. Served on the OR Committee as Board Member alongside department heads, Doctors and the Hospital Administrator. Established reporting system and was accountable for over 95,000 line items in the theater with a value in excess of $300 million using Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise. Held meetings with all Department Heads. He spearheaded efforts that resulted in a $500,000 material cost saving in the first year and $650,000 in the second year.  In addition, Mr. Henry worked alongside Fortune 500 companies such as Stryker, Henry Schein, Oracle, Siemens, Sodexo, and Becton Dickinson just to name a few, signing contracts and renegotiation of contracts. 

 

He is a member of the Disable Veteran Chapter in Houston, TX. Mr. Henry married his high school sweetheart then two years after being married, they had their only son. His future plans for JoinOne Anti-Bullying Organization includes initiating a nation-wide awareness with mission to promote a sense of self-confidence, individuality and protect those susceptible to insults, harassment, and attacks by their peers through music, sports and education thereby enabling them to live a life free from fear and seclusion in their homes, schools, and public.

Alfredo Tinajero - Board Member

Mr. Alfredo Tinajero is a owner of a medical clinic, medical laboratory, subway restaurant, and a funeral home. His entrepreneurial spirit stands second to none. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from The Universidad Anahuac Del Sur. The Universidad Anahuac Del Sur is a Catholic, private, higher-education institution, located in Mexico City and part of the Anahuac University Network. He is engaged in public service because he highly respected his father, who served as a community leader in Mexico City. “From an early age, he taught me that we all owe public service to our community,” Alfredo said. Mr. Tinajero volunteers at the Mexican Consulate for free laboratory testing. He’s also a member of The Woodlands Country Club. Mr. Alfredo Tinajero is married and has three beautiful daughters.  He enjoys running, golfing, soccer, and speeding time with his family. “Mr. Alfredo Tinajero is a firm believer that no one should be bullied.”

Curtis J. Howard, Sr. - Board Member

Curtis J. Howard Sr, is a General Manager at CiCi's with over 28 years of business experience. Mr. Howard has dedicated the past fifteen years as general manager of a multi-million dollar franchise making his name known throughout the business community for successfully opening new stores, increasing revenue, and turning failing stores with negative cash flow to be ran like a well oil-machine that became the top of sales and customer service satisfaction. Mr. Howard is responsible for employee evaluation, training, P&L, strategic planning, and scheduling. Mr. Howard has a vast array of experience to include his general studies at Lamar University Beaumont, Texas; educated in the field of nursing at Delta Career College Beaumont, Texas; Theological studies at Light Christian College Houston, Texas. Mr. Howard also holds his certifications in other fields like, "Certify Restaurant General Managers, Personal Training, and Sports Nutritionist."

 

Mr. Howard invariably promoted, "always say yes" approach to be relationship-building between staff and guests, providing personalized, responsive service to create a quality experience and repeat business. Never shying away from a new challenge, Mr. Howard not only works as a restaurant general manager but as a personal trainer, sports nutritionist, videographer, Web designer, and photography. In his spare-time Mr. Howard serves in the video ministry at Grace Church of Humble, Texas and volunteers his time, energy, knowledge and resources to aspiring entrepreneurs such as; YFL, Hearts Reaching Out, International Sports Training Institute, and Meekographics.

 

Mr. Curtis J. Howard Sr, native of Beaumont, Texas has made Humble, Texas his home for the past nine years. Mr. Howard is a follower of Jesus Christ, devoted husband, father of nine and grandfather of ten amazing children. In trusted by God, he has been blessed with the gifts of: serving, teaching, encouraging, giving, and leadership. In addition, has the gift of the word of knowledge, word of faith, and discerning spirits. Mr. Howard was sought-after by the leadership of JoinOne Anti-Bullying Organization to become a board member for his expertise in getting the job done and his can-do spirit. A friend to all and a stranger to none, Mr. Howard passion is to help young adults discover their strengths and reach their full potential.
